As a first time home buyer, it was a daunting task trying to move 5000 miles across the world and find a house at the same time, but the folks at milvets made it an amazing experience. I had no idea that when you call a MilVets realtor, you receive an army to go along with them that could win a world war. I will absolutely be calling Sean and Martina when the inevitable time comes that we have to sell our home and move onto the next assignment.

Our MilVets Home Team is AWESOME! They made our home buying process so much easier from start to closing. Ms. Lee Ann Johnson was patient and so nice to send us videos of the houses that we wanted to see. They took care of all the inspections for us since we were not in Virginia. We found a house, made an offer, and signed everything in a month while we were in Germany. They waited for us to arrive to do the final walk-through. I worked with Sean Tavalozzi and Martina Gonzalez. They’re a phenomenal group to work with. They were very attentive and helpful with all of our questions and problems. My wife and I had ran into a couple of snags on the approval side during our home buying process which lead to it being prolonged but they stayed with us the entire time.

My first home buying experience with Don and his team was awesome. Don was very professional and had a wealth of knowledge about the home buying process. He was able to inform us about what to look for when browsing homes and the dos and donts. He advised on how to approach home-buying and offering and knew the ins and outs of the VA Home loan process. He scheduled multiple home for in person visits in a timely manner. His team of Martina and Seth were great as well. Always available to answer my questions or clarify a curiosity via text, email or phone call. The team at MilVets is top 2 but they aren’t 2.
